Configuring Authorize Net
This article runs through the steps required to setup Authorize.net as your Payment Gateway. The first step is to select Authorize.net as the gateway using the appropriate check button on the Account -> Payment Gateway page. If you are registering rather than editing your settings, this option will be shown on the previous screen.
Next login into Authorize.net, click the Account tab and follow the "API Login ID and Transaction Key" link as shown in the screen below:
On this screen create a Transaction Key by entering your Secret Answer and copy this along with your API Login ID:
Paste both of these into the Authorize.net configuration panel as shown below:
Whilst on this page copy the MD5 Hash field as highlighted:
Return to the Authorize.net account page and follow the MD5-Hash link as shown below:
And paste the MD5 Hash copied from Digital Delivery App in the fields shown:
This completes the configuration of the Authorize.net payment gateway. You may wish to review your Card Code Verification and Address Verification Service setup both of which are accessible from the Authorize.net Account page.
Note - due to the way Authorize.net works we do not receive notifications of any refunds you issue. Therefore any revoking of download access for refunded orders must be manually actioned from the Digital Delivery App admin console.
